4.98 “The crib was great. Terri is terrible to work with. She packed two cute beach bags of toys and left them at the house. Didn’t say anything about them and I didn’t even know they were from her. My kids played with the toys as boys do.. and I never thought anything about it. When she came to pick up the crib I thanked her for the bags and she said “you’re welcome, I love doing it” and then we drove off. Over an hour later she texts me asking for the bags and toys back. 1. She never mentioned anything about them, I brought them up to her. 2. Even when asked, she never said anything about returning anything. 3. As we are loading up the plane she is asking to meet me at the airport to get the toys. 4. After saying no.. she continues to ask for me to ship bags and toys back. Days laster. At this point I have to block her number because she is harassing me. NEVER again will I rent from her. I would have never let my kids play with anything or taken anything that I didn’t pay for. Thought she was being nice, now she’s just acting crazy. I returned the crib and mattress no damage and in perfect condition (the service I paid for). ”
