Q: I’d like to rent XYZ and it doesn’t look like you have it. Will you add it to your inventory so I can rent it from you?
A: Usually, yes! If you don’t see what you’d like to see, please do tell me! I’ll do my best to make it happen for you.
Q: I only want to rent a XYZ for 1 day. Can I do this?
A: Yes, but I do require a $100 minimum on your total order to justify my time spent and travel costs. Please reach out to me so we can coordinate.
Q: Do I need to be there when you deliver/pick up?
A: No - I will work with you to arrange a spot to leave your order, such as a covered porch, if that is your preference. We can do the same for pickup. I never want to be the reason for stressful travel plans on your end!
Q: Do you install car seats?
A: Due to liability reasons and BabyQuip policy, I do not install car seats. I can, however, walk you through it as you install it in your car, and I can also send you a how-to video if that’s your preference.
Q: Are your car seats safe and clean?
A: Yes. Each car seat is thoroughly cleaned between uses according to its manual, ensuring safety in case of accident. I take this very seriously!
Q: Do you set up/take down the full-size crib?
A: Sure do! Including the mattress and linens.
Q: Can you get the full-size crib up stairs?
A: Yes, it folds up!
