We can deliver and set-up all requested equipment as needed, making your guests feel right at home! Our introduction to BabyQuip began when we rented baby and toddler equipment for our visiting grandchildren. The process was so simple and smooth that we decided to sign up and help others. Amazing first experience
“I have three kids including a 6 year old, 3 year old and 4 month old baby but had never used babyquip when traveling and didn’t know what to expect. I can honestly say it was worth every penny and Stephen and Martha made the experience so easy and pleasant. They were prompt in their communication and so helpful to answer my questions in figuring out what I wanted to reserve. Since I have never done babyquip and didn’t really know how it worked, Stephen spoke with me on the phone to explain everything and made the entire experience so easy. I was interested in renting a hiking backpack to put our 3 year old in and they went above and beyond to add that item to their stock and work with me on what might be a good backpack for families to use in the future. I appreciated it so much. Stephen also suggested a good spot to meet at the airport to pick up the stuff and was on time and even helped us get an uber that he tracked down. He had a welcome card for us when we arrived which was a warm touch. All of the gear was in great shape and clean (wrapped in plastic even!) I when we received it. For pickup, they texted with me exactly where and when we would meet and they were on time and even had a bottle of water for us. They were the nicest people to do business with and had a large selection of items. I would definitely rent with them again when I go to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area! ”
