“Lilia was excellent to work with, as we rented a car seat and pack-and-play for our week stay in Mexico. She kindly included sheets and some extra toys! Communication for equipment pick-up and drop-off was seamless as we were met at arrivals at the airport as requested. For drop-off we left the equipment with the concierge at the hotel with no issues. I would 100% recommend using Lilia for the quality of products rented and ease of communication and look forward to future rentals. This saved us from carrying and traveling with our own! ”
