“Our items were ready at the registration desk when we arrived for check in at our resort. We got a bassinet which was great for our baby, and a nice clean changing pad, and a bottle warmer. Everything worked out great. ”
“I've rented from Baby Quip in Seaside, Fl., Charleston, SC., and Fairfield, CT.. Each of those experiences were top knotch. Stellar customer service, extremely clean equipment. Always a great experience. This was my first time to rent in Hilton Head, SC. While the equipment was ample, I found some of it to be a bit tacky in appearance. A few things had marker on them. Some were labled as having a certain number of pieces, but didn't have that at all. Then when the pick up got confusing, I received a rather abrupt text informing me of mandatory additional charges. It turned out to be a simple error on the part of the Baby Quip representative, but scolding me before double checking their work was out of place. I spent over $200.00 and was left with a reprimand that was totally unwarrented. That part of the customer service needs a little tweeking.”
