“We rented a soft play area for my daughter’s birthday from Henry and Nicolle and could not be more happy with how it turned out! They were on time, everything was clean and of great quality and the kids all had such a great time! Thank you Henry and Nicolle for the wonderful experience! ”
Great products, delivery/pickup could be improved
“Visited Chicago with my baby for her first trip and was thrilled to find & rent items we needed from Nicolle & Henry. All items were in fabulous condition (the nursing pillow was brand new!) and helped make our trip go smoothly! Henry communicated well but fell short on our delivery & pick up times. Items were dropped off 2 hours after our chosen delivery time and we had to adjust our delivery location because this late delivery impacted our plans and bedtime for our little one. I didn’t hear from them the morning of our pick up until I reached out 20 minutes into the chosen window and they were planning on arriving an hour after my scheduled pick up window ended which was 2 hours after we had to be out of our Airbnb rental and just an hour before our flight home. These delays impacted our plans and caused us to scramble to make things work. Loved the items we rented but wish the delivery & pickup service followed our reservation details!”
