Please be aware that Snoo's app has recently transitioned to a subscription-based model. The Snoo you are renting will have access to the standard manufacturer settings and manual mode, and NOT the premium settings.

The rental of the snoo includes one snoo sheet as well as a snoo sleep sack. Please let us know which size snoo sack you would like - if you would like more than one snoo sack or sheet, we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee the availability of extras.

For optimal performance, Snoos operate best on secured 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks. If you're staying at a hotel, consider bringing your own router, as connectivity to the app may be inconsistent. Alternatively, you can use the Snoo in manual mode by pressing a button if you encounter connectivity issues.
