4.83 Poor Service
“This was my first time using BabyQuip. They were suggested by a family friend who have used them many many times. Unfortunately I was very disappointed in the service. Carseats were delivered on time but there was no guidance on how to install. We understood that no one could physically help us install, but no one even offered to guide us (these were car seats we were not familiar with). We ended up going to a police station to get help with installation. Cribs were left at the top of a flight of stairs, not set up and there was no communication of where we wanted cribs to be set up. On top of that when we left we were asked to tear everything down and have it ready for them to pick up. (so much for the $500 installtion and tear down fee when guests have to do it themselves). To top that off, Katie came into the AirBnB with a poor attitude and was very rude. Honestly extremely disappointed in my first BabyQuip experience. Advocate to get what you paid for or you will be taken advantage of. The only postive is that gear was high quality and clean. ”
