“Jen was great to communicate and was very accommodating with pickup and delivery with my family members as I was traveling, needing the baby gear. We rented a Snoo and play mat which were both in great condition and clean. She also offered and setup our specific Snoo settings ahead of time. I would definitely recommend renting from Jen, and I will be renting baby gear from her in the future when I come back to visit family in Raleigh. ”
