“From securing our order to pick-up, the entire process was incredibly seamless. First, all of Tarah's items were clean and in pristine condition. She chose great toys and my children not only enjoyed them, but they were very entertained. Secondly, Tarah was very responsive, helpful and patient with all of my questions (and I had many!). She provided me with suggestions too to ensure that this aspect of my trip was fully taken care of. Thirdly, Tarah went way above and beyond and even assisted me (at no charge) to find a snow suit for my children - it was so amazing and appreciated. She was timely, kind and wonderful to work with. She is now my go-to for all rentals in Lake Tahoe. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to her in helping to make our trip even more enjoyable.”
