Their prices are reasonable, while their customer-focused approach centers on providing excellent service and products! Both Joe and Yoli are U.S. Army Veterans. The two met and married while serving their country. They have two adult daughters and one grandson (who occupies a great deal of their free time)! Joe and Yoli enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, and discovering new restaurants and activities throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex! The Wilsons were initially introduced to BabyQuip via Shark Tank. They are highly impressed with the company and have wanted to begin this journey since watching that episode!

What truly impressed us was their outstanding customer service. I made a booking error, scheduling our rental to start a day late. Upon realizing my mistake after landing, I contacted them, and they were incredibly accommodating. They rushed to deliver the items to my sister’s house just in time for our little one's bedtime. This level of flexibility and kindness is rare. We are so grateful for their help and will definitely be renting from them again in the future. Highly recommend! ”
Amazing Experience
“We recently traveled to Mesquite, TX to visit family and booked with Yoli and Joe. Yoli was very responsive and answered any questions I had. She was very accommodating after we had to switch Air BnB locations. We had some issues with our Air BnB not wanting to allow Yoli in the house after we had left for an early flight to retrieve her items, and she was willing to do whatever she could to ensure that we were comfortable and happy. I would book with Yoli any time I am in the Mesquite area, she is wonderful!!”
