“I rented a jogging stroller that was in good, used condition. I was pleased with the cleanliness as I find my own stroller hard to keep clean. I only take a star away because there was no communication from Penelope at all through the app, and I was unable to see her phone number while the reservation was active. I would personally prefer to keep the communication in app anyway. I had no idea when she dropped off or picked up the stroller from the hotel . Thankfully the front desk staff was able to facilitate the transfer between us. ”
