“I was driving with my sister and our kids from Seattle to Lincoln City. Brittany texted me ahead of time to let me know she had left the items I ordered on the deck and sent a picture to confirm. My usually sweet baby was turning into a spicy nugget when the five hour drive turned into seven and a half hours thanks to traffic. It was late when we arrived to the Airbnb and past bedtime for all the kids. I was ready to put my baby down to sleep but the items (including a crib) were not on the porch. I checked the whole house and found nothing. Panicking, I texted Brittany. She responded right away and said she'd be there in 15 minutes with another crib. She truly saved us! My baby went down right after she dropped it off. She came by the next morning to drop off a highchair that she bought at the store for us as a replacement. There had been a miscommunication with the housekeepers of the Airbnb who took the items back to their office. Luckily, she got her baby gear back from them and they weren't stolen. If it hadn't been for Brittany's kindness, I would have been stranded with a grumpy mini human who would have had to have a slumber party with mom on a makeshift bed on the floor, or we would have had to try to find a shop that sold a portable crib at 10 o'clock at night (which may have been impossible). Brittany provided clean, high-quality items, was prompt with her communications, and was friendly from the first text. Her willingness to help in a weird situation made our trip much more enjoyable!”
