2. Communication - During regular hours (8am-8pm), you'll never wait more than a few hours to hear back from us. In most cases, we'll get back to you within the hour.
3. Patience and Flexibility - Life with kids is unpredictable, especially when traveling. If your plans change, we'll do our best to accommodate you and your family.
