“if i could give Doug 6 stars, i would! Not only was the quality of the two beds and two car seats great (he even went out of his way to get new sheets, since I had mentioned one of my boys has a skin allergy), but Doug went above and beyond on all things. He was great at communicating, working with our schedule, and seriously going way above and beyond to help us get set up and also drove all the way to the airport to help us return our rental car and grab the car seats…at 6:15am! Incredible service and just nicest human that made our trip so much better. Big thank you. ”
