“On our family trip to hawaii, we opted to rent a small stroller rather than hassle with bringing ours on the plane. John’s selection met our needs. Overall, service, friendliness, and responsiveness were great. The only hiccup was that the stroller was dropped off at the wrong hotel, even though I clearly provided the correct hotel. They were nice enough to pick up and re-deliver the stroller to us. It was an honest mistake though after a long flight and a tired 2 year old, we were hoping for the stroller and the agreed upon time. I’d still recommend renting from John and Maria. ”
