She was able to coordinate advance drop off with my family, so that they had everything they needed to pick us up at the airport when we arrived. Everything was perfect (although some of the item's weren't exactly what was pictured - which actually worked out better for us!) and Eliza even included a few books free of charge, which came in so handy!
