“Samantha was amazing, she was so good at communicating, and so nice. She was extremely helpful with all the things, not just baby rental related! I so wish I could give her 5/5 stars for all the categories, but unfortunately the foam pack & play mattress that i rented separately from her was heavily stained ????. It did come with a mattress protector as well as a sheet, but it looked like the mattress protector had never been used & the cover to the actual foam mattress had never been washed. It had brown, mold like stains all over the front of it. It could have been left over staining from a blowout… but it was still so gross and off-putting when you expect “clean” rental gear. I was super hesitant to even still use it based off the condition it came to me in. ”

She met me at the hotel for both drop off and pick up, at the times we had agreed on. The mattresses looked brand new, were clean, and exactly what we needed.”
