Great communication & quality items to make vacation easy!
“Teresa was easy to work with and communicated well to make drop off a breeze. I had added one item to my reservation about a week prior, and that item was missed in our drop off. She was quick to offer next day delivery or a full refund of that item. We ended up being OK without it and received a refund. Everything was in great condition and worked as it should. We felt very comfortable with our children using these items. Pick up was a little tight, she texted the night before to confirm pick up time, and she ended up needing to pick up after our pick up window. It was tight timing for us as we had to be off property, but it was picked up before we needed to leave and that timing was communicated with us. it was a little stressful being so last minute and trying to get ourselves and the kids out the door, so I would just be sure to communicate any hard deadlines on timing in advance. But all went well and we were very happy with the overall experience. Would rent from her again if we were in the area ”
