Not only was reserving items with Amy a breeze, but her and her husband went the extra mile and talked to the rental company to come in early and placed the crib in the room, toys by the pool, etc. We simply showed up! They went above and beyond. Thank you both for making the trip a little less chaotic. The kiddos loved the toy selection, youngest slept like a dream in a full size crib.
