Phae started renting baby gear when her sister came to visit from across the country. Having two children under 3, she was overwhelmed with the amount of items to bring. We started buying on Target for pick up, and when things got too much- we finally found BabyQuip. It was easy and seeing how much it helped, she wanted to join. When not renting baby gear, Phae is spending time with her family playing outside or cooking/ baking together.

“This is the second time I've worked with Phaedra on a rental and it's been great service both times! We prefer to rent a pack 'n' play vs. trying to travel with one and Phaedra has worked with us both times for convenient drop-off and pick-up. The gear is always clean and in great condition. “Communication was great, I was informed when on the way, with the ETA. Arrival came in on time, and I could do my baby's bedtime routine without any inconveniences. The crib was in perfect conditions, and came with the fitted sheets - I wasn't expecting this and had packed my own just in case, nice surprise. Would definitely use again when visiting the city!”
