“I can't say enough about how much Sarah went out of our way to make our trip a little easier.. After some unlucky timing on kids illnesses and a freak injury, we had to postpone our trip.. Sarah originally helped us to try and cancel, and then later helped pivot our entire trip to a new date and location and maintained her helpfulness and responsiveness throughout. We had updates throughout the process, prior to check in, once the gear had been delivered, on the day of pickup.. The gear was in great shape, arrived early and was picked up so as to be convenient to us. I'd highly recommend Sarah to anyone traveling to the OC. Thank you again, Sarah!”
