Rachel is well versed in the world of customer service, so expect to be very well taken care of when renting. Often being known among loved ones as the one who "overpacks" - often at the benefit to others - she has been able to narrow down all of the gear that is actually needed when going to events such as Tailgates/Game Days, days at the beach with littles, holidays with the family, and more! Rachel came across baby gear rentals through a friend after, when visiting her family in Chicagoland, she bought a bunch of toys and gear on FB Marketplace to keep at her parents' house. The friend asked why she didn't just use a rental service which would cost less and be less clutter in her parents' basement. Luckily, Rachel had accumulated and kept many of her own little's gear and knew she could help other families who were visiting Northwest Indiana/Southwest Michigan not make the same mistake she had.

Hello! I am Rachel, mom to a sweet pittie girl and a curious toddler boy. I am excited to put my perfectionism and attention to detail to use with cleaning baby gear! I know all too well how impossible it is to keep a child from getting food and germs EVERYWHERE on EVERYTHING!
