“Alex was an absolute joy to work with. Very easy to communicate with, kind, and considerate. She really went over the top for my family. She even left us a beautiful souvenir of New Orleans as a surprise when she dropped off the items. On top of that, we accidentally Gave her one of our daughter’s toys when we exchanged the toys back, and she mailed it to us without hesitation. Alex is one of those people where you are just happy to know there are kind people out there like her! You should definitely rent baby gear from this family. Do not hesitate! You will not regret it! If I could give her 100 stars I would! Will definitely rent again from her next time we are in New Orleans.”
