“We were in Brooklyn visiting family and staying at a nearby hotel, when I realized on day 2 that my suburban toddler had zero street smarts and I was done schlepping all of my children's stuff. We were in need of a stroller ASAP or we were going to end up seeing more of our hotel room than the city parks and surroundings. Brie and Joseph were outstanding; they immediately responded to my inquiry about renting a stroller on the same day, and they delivered it with no issue to our hotel. Brie showed me how to use the stroller, which was perfect for city outings, and it was very high-quality. We had to check out of our hotel before we could meet up to return the stroller so Brie suggested I leave it with the hotel concierge and get a claim ticket for it. Totally hassle-free. I wish every rental experience was as helpful and smooth as this one. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you for saving our trip and our sanity :-)”
