“If you're looking for high quality and clean items to rent, Melanie should be your first choice. I traveled from the US to Switzerland with my 8 month old. Melanie showed up at my hotel with all the items I requested plus more. Melanie is super organized and had a welcome letter listing all the items, which was helpful when I needed to pack up the items for return. Melanie also provided the user manual for several items, but it wasn't necessary considering that she stayed to help me set up the activity center and showed me how to use the stroller (changing the seats to face forward, face backwards, and folding it up during transport). To me, Melanie goes above and beyond... for example, I had requested a bathtub and she went ahead and provided a water thermometer and wash cloth. Another example, I requested a stroller and she included a drink caddy and rain cover. The Rover stroller, changing pad, and bathtub I rented from her were so clean that I thought it was new. Melanie thoughtfully put together a box of age appropriate toys and my baby played with every single item until the late hours of the night (we all had jet lag). Melanie made my first time using BabyQuip an easy and pleasant experience. I wish for every rental experience to be like this.”
