Above and Beyond
“Kristen went above and beyond for our order. It was the day before the hurricane, and although our flight got canceled at the last minute, she was fantastic in getting the items to my SIL house before the storm. We were unable to come since the storm was much worse than expected, and she was in communication with me and very flexible and accommodating and picked up the items after roads had opened. She made what would have been a stressful situation to manage from states away, easier and I felt like she really cared. We have family up in NC and will definitely be using her again when we come back!”
