3.5 Toys not appropriate for my kids ages, unusable
“Overall very disappointed with this rental. My kids are 3 and 6 and all the toys included beyond one set of plastic blocks were for infants/very young babies (soft books, rattles, shape sorter etc). Nothing they wanted to play with. Also rented a stool to help my 3 yo access the sink but it was tiny and collapsed every time he tried to stand on it. I wish Karina had let us know she did not have toys for my kids' ages so we could have cancelled or change the order. She was nice and worked hard to get the box to us despite some challenges with our resort but should improve either range of toys or communication in the future. ”

“we rented some beach toys and books for our beach stay and it was really great to have some toys for the kids that we didnt have to pack. drop off and pick up went so smoothly. she came to us and was on time and so sweet. she even included some little extras for the kids. great experience, and we will definitely use this service again. highly recommend karina!”
