“Tori was very responsive leading up to our crib rental delivery, by email and phone, and couldn't have been nicer! Her father Howard delivered the crib and picked it up as well - and we all just loved him, what a sweet man, we really enjoyed talking with him, and he wasn't at all thrown by having to haul the crib up to the 3rd floor of our airbnb rental! Nice folks and the crib, bedpad and sheets were like new. We will definitely be calling Tori again!”

“Tori was so nice to deal with for renting a crib. I had never used a baby crib rental service before and was a bit nervous. There was no need to be worried! Tori kept in touch, contacted me when I placed the order, before delivery, the day of delivery and then regarding pick-up. I met her at delivery and she was so very friendly. The crib, mattress, pad and sheets were very clean and my granddaughter slept well! I would definitely use Tori Stepens again and I highly recommend her.”
