“Shannon earned this 5 star review in so many ways. She saved our trip because our hotel misled us in being able to provide a crib so she saved the day. We were arriving to Houston after midnight around 1 am and needed a crib so our baby could go right to bed. In addition I added on the Moby bathtub which my son also uses at home and it was a great add so we didn’t need to bring and inflate our duck tub. I loved she also provided some small touches like crib sheets and a wash cloth and duck thermometer for the tub. I brought my own sheets just in case and my own thermometer but it’s honestly amazing she did the small touches so if I had forgotten those things it was covered. The other piece is that I appreciated Shannon spent her time to share recommendations for Houston. It was a brand new city for my husband and I and we are bringing a baby and didn’t know where to go that would be fun and kid friendly. Those recommendations meant a lot. Now I’m thinking of doing this in my own hometown to help another mom!”

Then our family got sick, and not only did Shannon extend our rental, but she sent suggestions for urgent cares in the area so that we could help our son feel better.
