“My wife, 2 kids (3yr and 1yr) and I planned a vacation for Medellin & Cartagena, Colombia. Our Airbnb suddenly did not have a crib available so we had to scramble just days before our trip to find a crib for our 1 year old. Ended up finding this platform and connecting with Cara. She helped me navigate through this platform and was very responsive to my connections. She was able to connect to our driver at the airport for the crib drop off and pick up. Even though my reservation timing changed, she went out of her way to accommodate. It made our trip all the more smoother. Great service from Cara and would definitely recommend her to anyone for the baby needs in Colombia. I visited Medellín and Guatapé with my 2.5 year old toddler and rented a bunch of gear from Cara, who was fantastic! It helped us so be able to rent a car seat, toys, and other gear while we were traveling. Cara was flexible and accommodating even though I had to modify the reservation twice. She even went so far as to add in items she did not have listed. I highly recommend renting from Cara.”
