Seamless Process, But Crib Had an Air Mattress
“We recently rented a crib for our newborn while visiting Maui and had a great overall experience. The setup and takedown process were seamless, making it very convenient for us. However, we were surprised to find that the “crib” came with an air mattress instead of a traditional mattress, which wasn’t clearly communicated upfront. We had assumed we were renting a standard crib with a regular mattress, so we felt a bit misled. That said, the service itself was efficient, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Just be sure to clarify mattress details before booking!”
