“When we arrived to our condo in Rosemary Beach, Cindy had already coordinated with our complex and dropped off our snoo (sheets and sleep sack included), bathtub, bouncer, and changing pad. Later that evening around 6pm we were able to get the snoo to turn on manually but it would not link to our app. I emailed Cindy and within an hour she was already emailing back to help trouble shoot. After no success, Cindy and her husband personally reached out VIA texting to help fix this issue. They offered to switch out our snoo the following morning if we could not get it to link. After texting back and forth we were able to get the snoo connected. Cindy and her husband were so sweet and accommodating! While staying in Rosemary beach, we were able to obtain a later checkout than planned. I had reached out asking if we could extend our pick up time so our little guy could nap a little more and very quickly Cindy responded that she was able to extend our pickup time. I can't recommend Cindy enough and we can't wait to use her when we go back to Rosemary beach! ”

“Cindy is the best! We have used Babyquip providers when traveling to other cities, and no one compares to Cindy. She has the best selection and everything is extremely clean and looks like new. She takes great care and thought in choosing toys based on your childrens ages and interests. My girls are moving out of the baby gear phase and now look forward to the amazing array of toys waiting for us when we arrive. She also has great communication and will go above and beyond with anything you request. We would never use anyone else on our 30A stays. ”
