“Amanda was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. We had booked a last minute reservation and with the time difference, posed some potential challenges. However, after landing at the airport we spoke on the phone and were able to get things worked out no problem. Her equipment (Uppababy Cruz stroller and Graco Pack'n Play were clean, in great condition, and exactly what we needed. We did pick up and drop off instead of delivery, due to our circumstances, but easy to get to from the airport. We really appreciated her fast communication and helpfulness throughout our trip. Would rent from again if we are ever flying into Newark in the future.”
