Broken Snoo and no response
“The Snoo we rented worked for two days and then stopped working. We contacted Annabelle multiple times to let her know and asked for a replacement but she never responded. We understand of Annabelle wasn’t able to replace the Snoo but she should have at least responded to our messages and provided a refund.”
