Great service if nothing changes in your travel plans
“Everything was easy to get setup and the gear arrived within the specified time window so that was GREAT! Unfortunately, our flight was cancelled due to weather and our entire travel plan changed. We ended up having to fly into an airport far away from our destination and family could no longer come pick us up and take us to their place. We needed to rent a car and car seats to get to the place we were staying. I let Babyquip know immediately and explained the situation. Unfortunately, they told me since I did not pay for the $30 "cancel for any reason" insurance, I could not get a refund but they sure did come get the car seats that same day anyways. So they got to list them as available to others AND get my payment for the next 4 days (over $275). That rubbed me the wrong way.... I probably won't use this service again due to that, just felt wrong. But if all had gone to plan, I would have been satisfied as it was easy. ”
