“Excellent service all around. Was very impressed that Erin met us at the airport with the car seat and cheerfully accommodated our royally screwed up flight schedule (shocking, right?!?!). The seat worked fabulously and the price was definitely right (about 1/2 of what the rental car companies charged). A young couple observed our meeting with Erin at the Durango airport and inquired about the service. “Erin saved the day! We originally booked with different website and they canceled our order with no explanation. I contacted Erin while boarding the airplane and she was able to fulfill our order (three car seats) within a couple of hours. All car seats were in great condition and came with instruction manuals. We will definitely use BabyQuip again and would recommend Erin to anyone visiting Durango, CO! ”
