Nice product, poor service
“This was my third time using Babyquip. The first two times, the service was excellent- great communication and they carried the gear inside and helped me set it up. This time, the gear was left on the porch without even a courtesy knock on the door to let us know it had arrived. I had a really hard time carrying the crib up the stairs by myself as I am 10 weeks postpartum… overall I am disappointed. The gear was clean and easy to use but service was lacking ”
