“The item I rented was in good working condition, however the lack of communication and timely communication made it difficult to coordinate pick up and drop off. Initially we determined a pick up location, but she attempted to change it as I was shuffling around my three young children at the busy airport. I reached out a day before my departure to go back home, and she didn’t respond until 20 mins before I was to arrive at the airport. ”
