“Tatiana was wonderful to work with! Her items were in perfect condition and she was a good communicator. Delivery was to a resort in my mother-in-laws name and she arranged it all perfectly and directly with my MIL even though I was the renter (ie: she adapted to the nuances of the delivery). She checked in after as well to make sure all went well. I will rent from her again next year. ”

“Tatiana made our first time using baby quip very easy. She was able to communicate directly with me & accommodated based on our change of pick up/ drop off locations. All of our items were in good condition & worked wonderfully on our trip! I would use baby quip again because of our great experience!”
