4.91 Feedback on Poor Condition of Rented Items
“. The items requested were the ones provided; however, they arrived in very poor condition. The stroller was literally falling apart. The basket at the bottom was broken and unusable. There was duct tape wrapped around the handle to hold it together, and the sunshade was bent out of shape and did not close properly. I added a snack tray, but it did not secure properly to the stroller and kept falling off. The snack tray itself was also in very poor condition, showing extreme wear and tear. I highly recommend these items be removed from the rental listing due to their unacceptable condition. Additionally, I suggest using actual photos of the items being rented instead of stock images, as the current approach is extremely misleading to customers.”

“I asked Tatiana to pickup the toys early due to travel plans changing and she was more than willing. The toys were very clean and exactly what we asked for! I also ordered baby gates for the stairs at our rental and they were in wonderful condition. ”
