Not our best BabyQuip experience
“We rented a fullsize crib to our airbnb for a family vacation. While we were provided the items requested, the sheets for the crib were jammed in a ziploc bag and were still damp when we recieved them. Additionally, coordinating drop off and pick up times with Surbrina was quite difficult. After entering specific information in my request about our check-in/check-out times at our airbnb, Surbrina attempted to drop off items before our check in, and picked up items six hours after we had checked out, requiring that I contact the host and ask them to interrupt their next guests checking in. ”
