“Shelley was awesome… she was super good about staying in communication, which is the most important thing for me. I knew I could count on her to reply back to me right away. She dropped the pack n play right on time and confirmed with me that she dropped it. She was willing to drop it at our hotel before we arrived and coordinate all that with the hotel reception. It was in perfect condition and worked really well for what we needed. I definitely recommend Shelley for sure. ”
